Joe is a highly decorated combat veteran by the U.S. Air Force, Its Special Forces branch, Pentagon, VA. He served the Joint Chiefs of Staff as a Senior Program Manager. He has a vast knowledge and experience in the world’s problems.

His research and understanding of the Titanic tragedy, sharks, Bermuda Triangle and his underwater exploits give him the knowledge to write and advise on our ecological problems.
